OUR CHARITY WORK
In recent years we have supported charities such as The Chestnut Tree, MIND Sussex, Clock Tower Sanctuary, Equal Footings, Teenage Cancer Trust, Rockinghorse, and many others.
We do this by organising events such as our Annual Dinner at The Grand Hotel Brighton, Pub Quizzes, The Presidents Cup Golf Day and various other events.

Our membership is made up of local property professionals who each pay a small annual membership fee.
As the BHEAA is totally non-profit and looked after by a council of volunteers the majority of the membership fees go directly to the Presidents Chosen Charity which changes every year.

A Night of Celebration and New Beginnings! 🥂
Last night, the BHEAA Council gathered for our Annual AGM to reflect on a fantastic year and look ahead to the future.
First, a huge congratulations to our 2025 President, Charles Watts HW Estate Agents, for a stellar year. Charles chose to support Grace Eyre as his charity, and we are incredibly proud to announce that once final payments are made, we expect to have raised approximately £6,000! Thank you to every member and supporter who helped us reach this amazing total.
We are also thrilled to announce our new leadership for 2026. After serving over 20 years on the council, Richard Payne has officially become President, with Chloe Bradwell taking on the Vice President role.
