COUNCIL MEMBERS
Our membership is made up of local property professionals who each pay a small annual membership fee.
As the BHEAA is totally non-profit and looked after by a council of volunteers the majority of the membership fees go directly to the Presidents Chosen Charity which changes every year.
If you would like to know more about the BHEAA or any of our regular events you can contact one of our council members using the information below…

140 Years of Excellence & £7,000 Raised! 🎉✨
What an incredible night at The Grand Hotel Brighton, Brighton for our 2026 President’s Dinner. Celebrating 140 years of the association was special, but doing it while raising circa £7,000 for the amazing Rockinghorse Children's Charity made it truly unforgettable. 🐎❤️
A massive congratulations to our President, Richard Payne, for hosting such a brilliant evening. This wouldn't have been possible without the tireless work of Andy Garth and our Treasurer Maria Vrahnaki, or the world class service from the team at The Grand.
📸 Huge thanks to our marketing partners GD Impact for capturing the event so perfectly!
We’ve got a packed 2026 ahead, from training webinars and our legendary Pub Quiz to the President’s Cup Golf Event. ⛳️🧠
Thank you to everyone who supports the association and our local charities. Here’s to the next 140 years! 🥂
