COUNCIL MEMBERS
Our membership is made up of local property professionals who each pay a small annual membership fee.
As the BHEAA is totally non-profit and looked after by a council of volunteers the majority of the membership fees go directly to the Presidents Chosen Charity which changes every year.
If you would like to know more about the BHEAA or any of our regular events you can contact one of our council members using the information below…

Celebrating 140 Years of Excellence: The BHEAA Past Presidents Dinner 🥂🏠
On Friday evening, the Association continued one of its most cherished traditions: the annual Past Presidents Dinner. This year’s event was graciously hosted by our 1995 President, Barrie Alderton.
Since the BHEAA was founded in 1886, we have taken great pride in the "tremendous tradition" of our industry in Brighton & Hove. These gatherings are a vital bridge between our history and our future, allowing past leaders to share invaluable stories and experiences regarding the people and places that have shaped our local property landscape.
It was particularly heartening to see the enduring bonds of mentorship on display, as colleagues from different eras caught up and reflected on their shared journeys in the trade.
Our thanks go to Barrie Alderton and all the Past Presidents in attendance for their continued dedication to the Association. Long may this tradition continue!
