LETTINGS LEGISLATION SEMINAR! - THURSDAY 22ND APRIL @ 3PM....

We're delighted to announce that the excellent Toby Carrington of Carrfield Property Training will be giving us a complete update on all matters relating to Lettings on Thursday 22nd April at 3pm.

There’s so much going on in the world of Lettings at the moment that we felt it was time for a quick update, so that all of our members are fully up to speed.

If youre looking to book exams this is the latest from ARLA Propertymark 

As the various Governments across the UK announce their plans for easing Coronavirus restrictions, we wanted to give you an update on when you can expect to be able to sit your exams again at Pearson Vue test centres. 

Pearson Vue test centres are classed as non-essential retail. With this in mind, test centres are unlikely to reopen before restrictions are lifted to allow shops to open. The following dates are the current plan for when non-essential retail can reopen and therefore are the current estimated return of exams:

England — not before 12 April:

As part of the UK Government road map, Step 2 — 12 April includes the re-opening of non-essential retail. We believe this will be the date that Pearson Vue will be able to reopen their test centres and offer exam slots.

In recent years we have supported charities such as The Chestnut Tree, MIND Sussex, Clock Tower Sanctuary, Equal Footings, Teenage Cancer Trust, Rockinghorse, and many others.

We do this by organising events such as our Annual Dinner at The Grand Hotel Brighton, Pub Quizzes, The Presidents Cup Golf Day and various other events.

Our membership is made up of local property professionals who each pay a small annual membership fee.

As the BHEAA is totally non-profit and looked after by a council of volunteers the majority of the membership fees go directly to the Presidents Chosen Charity which changes every year.
