OUR CHARITY WORK
In recent years we have supported charities such as The Chestnut Tree, MIND Sussex, Clock Tower Sanctuary, Equal Footings, Teenage Cancer Trust, Rockinghorse, and many others.
We do this by organising events such as our Annual Dinner at The Grand Hotel Brighton, Pub Quizzes, The Presidents Cup Golf Day and various other events.

Our membership is made up of local property professionals who each pay a small annual membership fee.
As the BHEAA is totally non-profit and looked after by a council of volunteers the majority of the membership fees go directly to the Presidents Chosen Charity which changes every year.

🎉 What a fantastic evening at The Station Pub in Hove for the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association Pub Quiz! 🍻🧠
Thank you to everyone who came and helped raise much needed funds for Grace Eyre.
Congratulations to the winners Oakley Property - Your Sussex Property Expert with no less than 4 former Presidents of the association on their team!
It all came down to a 3-way tie with Jim Plant’s 3J’s Surveyors and The Hove Boys... and the deciding question?
👉 “What’s the size of Brighton Marina in acres?”
Enter Chris Oakley, who nailed it with a guess of 130 acres, just 3 off the actual 127! 🎯👏
